Personal Data Processing Policy

  1. Key Concepts

1.1. Personal Data – any information directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable individual (Personal Data Subject). 

1.1.1. The user’s card information is not stored on the website or application. 

1.2. Personal Data Operator (Operator) – Charge Baku LLC. 

1.3. Operator’s website – getpower.az. 

1.4. User – a Personal Data Subject who uses the Operator’s website (becomes familiar with its content and/or orders services offered on the site). 

1.5. Cookies – a small data piece sent by a visited website and stored on the User’s computer, which records the User’s actions and settings on that website. 

1.6. Personal Data Processing – any action or set of actions performed with personal data using automated or non-automated tools, including collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, usage, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, or destruction. 

1.7. Personal Data Information System – a collection of personal data contained in databases and the technological means ensuring their processing. 

1.8. Get Power Az application – an application available for download via AppStore, Google Play, or AppGallery, designed for user registration, map searches, settings management, and obtaining necessary information while using a charging device.

 

  1. General Provisions

2.1. This Policy governs the processing of personal data in compliance with the requirements of the Law on Personal Data of the Republic of Azerbaijan, ensuring the protection of human rights and freedoms. 

2.2. The Policy applies to all personal data processed by the Operator. 

2.3. The Policy applies to relationships related to personal data processing before and after the Policy’s approval. 

2.4. This Policy is publicly available on the Operator’s website.

  1. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

3.1. The legal basis for personal data processing includes:

  • The Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • The Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • The Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • The Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • The Law on Accounting of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • The Law on Compulsory Pension Insurance of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • Other regulatory legal acts governing the Operator’s activities. 3.2. Additional legal grounds include:
  • Contracts between the Operator and data subjects, including employment agreements;
  • User consent obtained by completing designated forms on the Operator’s website;
  • User permission for processing anonymous visit data (e.g., cookies).
